Position Name : Product Designer ( Design System)

- Bill Rate : 30% hike on their CTC

Key Responsibilities :

Design System Ownership :

- Manage and evolve Aqueras design system in Figma.

- Define and maintain multi-level design tokens (core, semantic, component).

- Ensure design consistency, scalability, and alignment with brand and product vision.

- Establish best practices for component creation, naming conventions, and usage guidelines.

Accessibility & Compliance :

- Ensure all components comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

- Conduct accessibility audits and integrate inclusive design principles.

- Collaborate with QA and engineering on screen reader and keyboard navigation behavior.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Partner with developers for smooth design-to-code handoffs .

- Create detailed component documentation, specs, and implementation guidance.

- Lead component-level QA, visual regression reviews, and contribute to sprint planning.

Enterprise UX Contributions :

- Contribute UX expertise to enterprise-level interfaces, focusing on usability and flexibility.

- Assist in integrating the design system into complex user flows, admin dashboards, and multi-role experiences.

- Support product designers with component requests and usage guidance.

Qualifications

- 3 - 6 years of experience in product UI/UX design, within B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms space

- Strong portfolio focused on design system contributions, component architecture, and documentation.

- Advanced knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, and component libraries.

- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and how UI components translate to front-end frameworks.

- Experience with design token management.

- Familiarity with developer handoff workflows.

- Clear understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
