Product Designer (UX/UI).

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer (UX/UI) who can drive end-to-end design processes, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to translate insights into impactful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Journey (CUJ) Analysis :

- Map and analyze customer journeys to understand user behaviors, pain points, and opportunity areas.

- Translate insights from CUJ analysis into clear design strategies and user flows.

- Use data-driven understanding to propose improvements across touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with business teams, product managers, and engineering teams to align on requirements and priorities.

- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.

- Build strong partnerships to ensure smooth execution from concept to delivery.

Design & Prototyping :

- Create visually compelling and functional high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other prototyping tools.

- Build interactive prototypes for stakeholder walkthroughs and usability validation.

- Ensure design systems, components, and patterns are consistently applied.

Stakeholder Alignment :

- Present design concepts, journey flows, and prototypes convincingly to stakeholders.

- Incorporate feedback iteratively while maintaining a balance between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

- Document design rationale and ensure clarity across teams.

Good-to-Have Skills :

UI Optimization & Instrumentation :

- Enhance UI based on instrumentation metrics and user behavior analytics.

- Partner with engineers to refine interfaces and improve interaction quality.

Agile & Process Integration :

- Work effectively in agile product teams with iterative design and delivery cycles.

- Support backlog refinement with product managers and enable continuous design improvements.

Awareness of Emerging UX/UI Trends :

- Stay updated with design trends involving accessibility, motion design, personalization, and AI-driven UX.

- Bring innovative ideas to elevate overall user experience.
