Product Designer - Job Overview :

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our clients team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive, scalable user experiences for enterprise SaaS and AI-powered products. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to craft elegant design solutions that simplify complex workflows for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for B2B SaaS and AI-based products.

- Translate business and data insights into user-friendly design solutions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

- Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system across the product ecosystem.

- Balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility in design decisions.

Required Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise product environment.

- Strong understanding of designing for AI-powered workflows, dashboards, or automation tools.

- Hands-on experience with Figma (preferred) or similar design tools.

- Proven ability to simplify complex systems through thoughtful design.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and information architecture.

- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with design systems and front-end design tools (e.g., Zeplin, Storybook) is a plus.
