Product Designer - Creative Suite

As a Product Designer at Fibr AI, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful design experiences across our AI-driven products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform complex problems into elegant user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle: from user research, wireframes, and prototypes to final high-fidelity UI.

- Translate business and product goals into intuitive user experiences.

- Build and maintain design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, AI/ML teams) to ship impactful features.

- Conduct usability testing and leverage feedback to iterate on designs.

- Stay updated with AI, UX, and emerging design trends to enhance product innovation.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in Product/UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS, AI, or B2B products.

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Experience in prototyping (low to high fidelity) and conducting user research.

- Ability to translate technical/AI-driven features into simple, intuitive experiences.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
