Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand and prioritize user needs to create empathetic and effective designs.

- Responsible for visual design, including layout, color schemes, typography, and imagery.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solve complex problems.

- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to transform designs into finished products.

- Work with other teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive user experience.

- Assist quality assurance by reviewing designs, identifying errors, and ensuring highquality output.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure quality and consistency across all platforms and products.

- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of experience focused on product design.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and familiarity with web, iOS, and Android design standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.

- Experience in analyzing and understanding user behavior.

- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Experience using user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity).
