Required Qualifications :

- Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of experience focused on product design.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and familiarity with web, iOS, and Android design standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.

- Experience in analyzing and understanding user behavior.

- Proficiency with modern design tools (e. , Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Experience using user behavior analytics tools (e. , Microsoft Clarity).
