We are looking for a Product Designer who can design intuitive, user-friendly mobile app experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.

What you'll do :

- Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile apps

- Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes

- Conduct user research and usability testing

- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements

- Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation

- Improve the app experience based on user feedback and data

- Maintain design consistency using design systems and guidelines

Who we are looking for :

- 2-5 yrs of experience in Product / UX / UI Design

- 1+ yrs of experience designing mobile apps

- Preferred : experience in building products for blue collar TG

- Good understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design

- Ability to explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders
