Youll own the end-to-end product design process - from research to polished UI - working closely with product, engineering, and content teams to deliver experiences that feel welcoming, clear, and meaningful.

What Youll Do :

- Lead design from research to launch (flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI).

- Design elder-friendly, low-friction user experiences.

- Conduct user interviews and usability testing.

- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship consumer-first features.

- Build and maintain a warm, consistent design system.

- Mentor junior designers.
