Role & Responsibilities :

1. Lead End-to-End UI & Visual Design :

- Own the full lifecycle of UI and visual design for key product experiences across both web and mobile. Youll move fluidly between big-picture thinking and pixel-level detail, ensuring each interface feels cohesive, purposeful, and delightful.

2. Translate Requirements into Stunning Interfaces :

- Turn product requirements, user flows, and wireframes into clean, modern, and highly usable interfaces. Every layout, color palette, and typeface you choose should enhance clarity, engagement, and the overall user journey.

3. Build Scalable Design Systems :

- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries that ensure visual consistency and efficiency across products. Youll establish reusable elements, design tokens, and documentation that empower both designers and developers to work harmoniously.

4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally :

- Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers to bring your designs to life with pixel-perfect precision. Participate in brainstorming sessions, product reviews, and agile sprints to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented.

5. Create High-Fidelity Mockups & Prototypes :

- Design high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and motion studies that communicate how an interface should look, feel, and behave. Youll visualize transitions, animations, and micro-interactions that elevate the product experience.

6. Showcase Your Design Process :

- Present your work through comprehensive design case studies that document your creative process from problem discovery and exploration to design rationale, iterations, and final outcomes. You should be comfortable discussing design decisions backed by reasoning, data, or user feedback.

7. Evolve the Visual Language :

- Contribute to the evolution of the organizations design language and visual identity. Whether its refining icons, updating typography scales, or improving color contrast, youll play a crucial role in maintaining design excellence across all touchpoints.

1. 2- 6 Years of Product Design Experience :

- You bring hands-on experience in UI or Product Design, ideally within well-funded startups or product-led environments. Youve seen a product through different stages of development and understand how design impacts business and technology.

2. Experience Across B2C and B2B SaaS Products :

- You have exposure to B2C applications (where emotional appeal and usability are key) and B2B SaaS products (where structure, clarity, and efficiency matter). You can tailor design strategies to different user types and contexts.

3. Exceptional Visual Design Craft :

- Your portfolio demonstrates strong visual design skills, an understanding of hierarchy, color theory, and typography, and a deep appreciation for layout balance. You have a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to visual harmony.

4. Expertise in Figma and Modern Design Tools :

- Youre proficient in Figma, using components, auto-layout, and prototypes to bring ideas to life. You may also be comfortable with Adobe XD, Sketch, or motion tools like Principle or After Effects to visualize interaction and motion.

5. Independent, Agile, and Collaborative :

- Youre self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-moving startup environments. Youre capable of working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. You value feedback, iteration, and open communication.

6. Background in Design or Visual Communication :
