We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to elevate our design standards and create exceptional user experiences for our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience and a passion for crafting visually stunning and intuitive interfaces. You will be a key player in the product lifecycle, from initial concept to polished, shippable features. This role is for a detail-oriented designer with a strong product sense, an exceptional visual eye, and a desire to deeply collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate complex AI functionalities into delightful and accessible user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End UX/UI Design :

- Own the design process from start to finish, beginning with problem definition, user research, and wireframing.

- Create high-fidelity mocks and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools to validate concepts and test usability.

- Partner with engineers throughout the development cycle to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and a seamless translation from prototype to a live product.

- Analyze post-launch outcomes and user feedback to inform future iterations and design improvements.

Technical Collaboration & Domain Expertise :

- Collaborate closely with Product Scientists and engineers to gain a deep understanding of complex workflows, including data ingestion, sophisticated analysis, and automated reporting.

- Translate technical requirements and intricate AI models into clear, user-centric interface designs.

User Advocacy & Strategy :

- Conduct regular user interviews and usability testing to capture qualitative and quantitative data that informs design decisions.

- Actively contribute to broader product discussions, advocating for a superior user experience that aligns with and advances company-wide initiatives.

- Maintain and refine the product's design system to ensure consistency and accelerate development cycles across teams.

Innovation & Trends :

- Stay current with the latest trends in AI, emerging tools, and design best practices, constantly benchmarking our product against industry leaders.

- Proactively experiment with new prototyping tools and technologies to push the boundaries of our design capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- 4+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design and a strong product sense.

- Proficiency with prototyping tools capable of creating interactive, testable experiences.

- A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
