Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA):
- Architect, design, and deliver scalable, robust, and secure product solutions in the healthcare domain.
- Define and maintain the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and performance standards.
- Lead architecture discussions and make high-level design choices to support future scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, QA, DevOps) to define technical roadmaps and drive product strategy.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure architecture on AWS to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
- Review and guide the development process to ensure quality and architectural integrity.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial to the product roadmap.
- Establish best practices for coding, architecture documentation, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1215 years of total IT experience, with at least 35 years in a Product Architect role.
- Strong expertise in .NET technologies with deep understanding of architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, layered architecture).
- Proven hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
- Proficiency in Angular for frontend application architecture and design.
- Strong knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of healthcare domain workflows, systems, and standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design for scalability, security, and high performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
