Skills Required :

- Communicate fluently in English (Both written and verbal)

- Able to do Software Installation Remotely at customer PC

- Remote Troubleshooting of the customer queries

- Handling the technical query phone calls

- Conducting Product / Application online training for our customers

- Responsible for taking Inbound Calls of Potential customers

- Able to provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries

- Provide International client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Phone and Remote support

- Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships

- Excellent ability to communicate and work in a team
