About the Role :

We are seeking a Product Data Analyst with strong product acumen to collaborate across retail, logistics, and finance verticals. Youll be working on things ranging from data infrastructure and processing to analyzing, visualizing, and driving growth from data insights. Youll have the opportunity to work in the high-growth omnichannel D2C space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Setup Data Infrastructure : Design, implement, and maintain data infrastructure for efficient data processing, storage, and retrieval.

- Data Modeling : Develop and implement data models, schemas, and architecture to support business needs.

- Data Analysis : Analyze data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), understand user behavior and their journey, and share insights with respective stakeholders.

- Impact Analysis : Conduct an impact analysis of any feature or action on business performance.

- Data Visualization : Build dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau to enhance data accessibility and visibility for key stakeholders.

- Business Context : Utilize strong business acumen to make data-driven decisions that drive growth and improve overall business performance.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Working understanding of modelling using Analytical tools (SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, R, Google App Script etc.)

- Enterprise reporting systems, relational DBMS (MySQL, Google BigQuery)

- Business intelligence & reporting (SuperSet, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)

- Graduate from Tier 1/2 college with minimum 2 years of experience in product analytics or product management

- Experience in instrumentation of data (events, screens, goals, etc) capturing, analytics of clickstream data

- Experience with A/B testing and segmentation strategies will be a plus

- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable
