Job Overview :

- Prepare, review, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.

- Execute test cases, log defects, and conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ensure thorough validation of procurement workflows, such as requisition creation, sourcing, contract management, and supplier onboarding.

- Perform regression, system, integration, and UAT testing throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to

understand functional and non-functional requirements.

- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to align testing efforts and provide status updates.

- Provide timely and accurate testing status reports, test metrics, and defect dashboards to management and clients.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in Agile or Waterfall project environments.

- Participate in requirement review sessions and identify potential gaps or inconsistencies early in the process.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Procurement application testing

- Strong domain knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes

- Proficiency in testing platforms such as Ivalua or Coupa

- Experience in test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong documentation and reporting abilities

- Experience working with onsite-offshore models and coordinating across time zones

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Good to Have :

- Exposure to automation frameworks for procurement platforms

- Knowledge of ERP integrations with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

- Familiarity with SQL for backend validation

- ISTQB or any testing certification
