We are looking for a Process Manager to lead process transformation and optimization for the SAP S4 Hana implementation.
This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence, benchmarking best practices, and enabling change leadership across global teams.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map current and future-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead process transformation initiatives aligned with SAP S/4 Hana implementation.
- Conduct workshops to map and analyze current and future-state procurement processes.
- Benchmark industry best practices and integrate them into process designs.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to validate and refine process flows.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support change management, communication, and training efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in process transformation and optimization within ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement workflows and SAP S/4 Hana capabilities.
- Familiarity with ECC legacy systems and transition planning.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Figma).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Data fluency and ability to interpret process performance metrics.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
- To be successful in the role, you need to demonstrate strategic process thinking with a passion for operational excellence.
- You should be skilled in leading cross-functional workshops and driving consensus across diverse teams.
- Comfort navigating complex change environments is essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable process solutions.
- Success in this role also requires agility, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
