About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Business/Data Analyst to support our client in the Consumer Health industry. This is a contract-based role for professionals with a strong background in procurement analytics, data-driven decision-making, and digital procurement tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience transforming complex procurement data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with procurement stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven insights and strategies.

- Analyze procurement workflowswith a focus on tail spend managementto identify opportunities for optimization.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for tracking procurement performance metrics.

- Use Excel, SQL, or Python to clean, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets.

- Communicate analytical findings effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 710 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst in the procurement domain.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and spend management.

- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, with proven experience designing dashboards and visual reports.

- Skilled in Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis and preparation.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Candex, Keelvar, Fairmarkit, or similar tail spend management tools.

- Exposure to AI-driven sourcing, autonomous procurement, or agentic AI automation.

- Background in consulting or procurement digital transformation projects.
