Process360 - Senior Salesforce Developer/Technical Consultant - Apex/Visual Force

Process360 is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who is technically strong, passionate about innovation, and has a proven track record of successful project delivery.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce-based solutions, including product development, solution accelerators, and industry-specific implementations.

This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects across diverse industries while contributing to Process360s product and solutions roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices for scalability, performance, and system limits.

- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, business analysts, and client technical teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Define and document detailed technical specifications and design artifacts.

- Configure and deploy standard/custom reports, dashboards, and snapshots.

- Develop and test solutions, ensuring quality and performance standards.

- Manage end-to-end deployment from development to production.

- Lead and mentor junior developers and support team members in module/function development.

- Coordinate with client IT teams for integrations, testing, and go-live activities.

- Support pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, effort estimation, and demo configurations.

- Contribute to the design and development of pre-built accelerators and reusable components.

- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, tools, and emerging technologies.

- Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SLDS, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce UI design and development principles.

- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, Salesforce Connect, middleware tools).

- Hands-on experience building Workflows, Process Builders, and automation flows.

- Strong command of SOQL/SOSL, data migration tools (Import Wizard, Data Loader).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (SFDX, IDEs, version control, CI/CD).

- Experience in Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Einstein Analytics, and Communities (preferred).

- Knowledge of change management, issue tracking, and defect management processes.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

- Salesforce Certification(s) Platform Developer I preferred.
