Process Excellence Specialist - ERP Implementation

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process Excellence Specialist to oversee ERP implementation and drive business process standardization. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion, adherence to governance frameworks, and alignment of business processes with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities :

ERP Implementation Oversight :

- Coordinate with functional teams (Sourcing, Quality, SCM, Operations, IT) to secure approvals and sign-offs on To-Be processes.

- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with sign-off matrices and

governance structures.

- Collaborate with business leads to design, standardize, and document enterprise processes

and structures.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business

requirements are accurately captured and implemented.

- Support change management initiatives, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth

adoption of ERP solutions.

- Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as required to ensure successful implementation.

Process Excellence & Governance :

- Drive standardization of processes across functions to enable operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, internal controls, and best practices.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in ERP-supported processes.

- Support post-implementation reviews and embed a culture of process excellence.

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, process excellence, or business

transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar).

- Knowledge of supply chain, sourcing, quality, and operations processes.

- Hands-on experience in process mapping, documentation, and governance.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt).

- PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile project management certification.

- ERP-specific certification (SAP MM/PP, Oracle ERP, etc.) would be an advantage.
