Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Associate Engagement Lead - MDM Developer with 3- 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) configurations within the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with MDM tools such as Reltio and Informatica MDM, and a strong understanding of cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing MDM solutions from scratch, ensuring data accuracy and reliability, and leading data-centric projects with a focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities :

MDM Solution Development :

- Lead the design, development, and testing of complex MDM solutions from the ground up, with a focus on data mastering and configuration of Reltio and Informatica MDM.

- Document all aspects of the MDM solution, including source-to-target mappings, match-merge rules, survivorship rules, and architectural design considerations.

Data Strategy & Architecture :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data design, identify architectural risks, and improve the overall data landscape by developing and refining data models.

- Utilize technical expertise in cloud, data warehousing, and data transformation to develop high-quality data solutions.

Project Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead and deliver data-centric projects with a keen focus on data quality, adherence to data standards, and best practices.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a quality-focused approach to all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 3- 5 years of professional experience in MDM configurations within the pharmaceutical domain.

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Proficiency :

- Expertise in MDM concepts and experience with implementing complex MDM systems from scratch.

- Hands-on configuration experience with MDM tools, including match-merge, survivorship rules, base objects, and packages.

- Proficient in Python, SQL, and Data Warehousing.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with healthcare data sources such as SP/SD, IQVIA, or claims data.
