Key Responsibilities :

AI/ML Development :

- Design, build, test, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI models, especially using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face, LLaMA, Cohere).

- Implement solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

- Fine-tune pre-trained models and build custom pipelines for various NLP and vision-based use cases.

Full Stack Engineering & DevOps :

- Apply full-stack development skills (preferably in Python or MERN Stack) to integrate AI solutions into scalable web platforms.

- Use tools like Git, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and monitoring on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with data scientists, cloud engineers, product managers, and domain experts to translate business problems into technical solutions.

- Participate in requirement gathering, prototyping, testing, and production deployment.

Innovation & Research :

- Stay current with trends in LLMs, AI safety, multimodal AI, and model interpretability.

- Contribute to the development of internal frameworks and accelerators for faster AI solution delivery.

Must-Have Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related technical field.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.

- Expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, etc.

- Proven experience working with OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, and RAG-based architectures.

- Familiarity with data processing, feature extraction, embedding models, text summarization, and image processing techniques.

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms : Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Experience building and integrating APIs for AI/ML solutions.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).

- Experience deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, Streamlit, or FastAPI.

- Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries is a big plus.
