We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong customer-facing delivery expertise, preferably from an AI product, data privacy, or cybersecurity company. The role involves leading deployments, PoCs, support escalations, and cross-functional programs with strong governance, including RACI-driven clarity and structured resource management.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Success, Delivery & Support :
- Plan and execute privacy engineering and responsible AI deployments across customer cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Manage existing customer deployment projects, PoCs, onboarding, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Stakeholders alignment :
- Proactively identify and manage delivery-related issues by coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders, organizing discussions, and facilitating timely decision-making to ensure effective resolution.
Escalation Governance and Stakeholder Communication :
- Act as the central coordination point for escalations, issue tracking, and communicating updates to customers.
- Lead and track ongoing customer support issues, working with engineering, DevOps, and customer teams to drive resolutions within SLAs.
Stakeholder Review, Governance and Metric Reporting :
- Conduct reviews (weekly/ monthly quarterly or as required by customer) to present progress, support metrics, and improvement plans.
Proactive PoC planning, Execution, Cross-Team Collaboration :
- Plan preparation for POCs activities in advance and Drive PoCs in uncertain environments, troubleshooting issues collaboratively with internal and customer engineering teams.
Effective technical and Business Communication :
- Provide structured reasoning, logical decision-making, and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Disciplined Customer Requirement and Defect Governance :
- Ensure disciplined and transparent end to end tracking of customer and converting into FRDs.
- Lifecycle tracking wrt bugs reported/ observed and their resolution through backlog management in JIRA enabling effective assignment of the related tasks (feature development/ bug resolution) through Product Manager and resolution by internal development team.
- Open to smooth cross-team collaboration.
End to End Scalable Delivery Standardization and Visibility :
- The Delivery Manager shall be responsible for standardizing and maintaining Confluence documentation covering all deployment, integration, and tool deployment and integration related technical processes across entire delivery lifecycle to always enable all stakeholders visibility.
- He shall standardize the delivery process to handle repeatable large-scale onboarding of customer applications.
Operational Continuity and backup Readiness :
- Ensure that assigned tasks (internal/ customers) and deliverables are documented in a clear, complete, and self-explanatory manner, always ensuring readiness of backup team member at short notice with minimal clarification or dependency.
Project Management, Governance & Resource Allocation :
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, Gantt charts, and track multiple parallel implementations.
- Own resource allocation for customer projects by coordinating with engineering, DevOps, product, and support teams.
- Monitor team bandwidth, adjust task assignments, balance workloads, and plan future staffing needs for predictable delivery.
- Ensure clear RACI-based governance to define ownership and accountability within internal and customer teams.
- Proactively coordinate and lead regular project meetings, track risks, dependencies, action items, and ensure all stakeholders adhere to agreed responsibilities.
- Prepare enterprise level presentations, delivery reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Maintain close alignment on Strategic directions from the Reporting Manager, provide regular updates on delivery status, timelines and risks, and execute assigned responsibilities as directed to support evolving business and customer priorities, recongising the dynamic nature of the role.
- Should be willing to undertake adhoc / additional responsibilities as assigned to support organisational objectives and customer success initiatives.
Tools : Technical Capability :
- Jira, Confluence, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, CRM systems, MS Project/ other similar tools, Power BI, Miro etc. Should be ready to adopt new CRM tools and undertake project management to prepare plans, presentations with dashboards, track tasks, dependencies, customer issues, and SLA adherence.
- Postman/ API Doc to walkthrough APIs if required/ understand API usage and related aspects to initiate communications related to API integrations. Willingness to understand and work on new tools is necessary if not pre-equipped or never worked on the some of the new tools.
- Understand DevOps-based product delivery, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and operational processes.
Additional Preferable Requirements/ Skills :
- Project/program management experience in AI/ML product implementations, responsible AI frameworks, or privacy-tech in AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, or Cloud-native product companies will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling enterprise scale customer deployments, PoCs, escalations, and enterprise product rollouts.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certifications are a plus.
- Ability to manage customer delivery commitment timeline negotiation very well. Ability to manage blowups and escalations very well.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder scenarios.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver features on time.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development and incorporate them to enhance processes and solutions.
- Working knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud ecosystems, and basic security concepts will be an added advantage.
- Experience with API integrations, cloud security, and enterprise IT workflows will be an added advantage.
