Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. WebSphere Developer for a remote position with our prestigious UAE client.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications deployed on IBM WebSphere Application Server.

- Configure and optimize WebSphere environments for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Develop and deploy JEE applications using technologies such as JSP, Servlets, EJB, JMS, and Web Services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, server, and integration issues.

- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

- Apply security patches and perform regular maintenance on WebSphere environments.

- Document architecture, configuration, and development processes.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
