Job Title : Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

Location : India - Remote

Experience : 12+ Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Consultant with 12+ years of expertise in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core HR, payroll processing, absence management, self-service, and performance management, with hands-on experience in solution design, system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM & Payroll modules within Oracle EBS.

- Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide best-practice solutions for HR and Payroll processes.

- Configure Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Self-Service HR, and Performance Management modules.

- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and statutory compliance.

- Develop Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, and Custom Reports to meet client-specific requirements.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring system stability.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test customizations, reports, and integrations.

- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure system adoption.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-to-end support for HR and payroll processes.

Key Skills & Experience Required :

- 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM & Payroll implementations and support.

- Deep expertise in Oracle HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management.

- Hands-on experience in Payroll processing, Fast Formulas, and Elements configuration.

- Strong understanding of statutory payroll.

- Experience with integrations between HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports for report customization.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams.

- Experience in managing full-cycle HCM & Payroll implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle HCM/Payroll certifications are a plus.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll is an advantage.
