Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion BI Reports Developer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules to design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM data models and reporting tools and a strong understanding of functional HR processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

- Analyze business reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Create and customize reports for HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Time & Labor.

- Develop and manage data models using SQL and Oracle Fusion HCM subject areas.

- Troubleshoot report issues and ensure data accuracy and performance.

- Collaborate with functional HR and technical teams to ensure reporting meets business needs.

- Ensure compliance with data security and role-based access controls in reporting.

- Support UAT testing, user training, and post-deployment activities.

- Document report specifications, mapping documents, and technical designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. BI Publisher (BIP)

2. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

3. SQL / PL-SQL

- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and business processes.

- Experience working with seeded and custom reports for modules such as :

1. Core HR

2. Payroll

3. Benefits

4. Talent Management

5. Absence

6. Time & Labor

- Familiarity with HCM Security roles and privileges for report access.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
