Principal Technical Expert - Software Development

Expertise Required :

- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong proficiency in Java, Microservices, Angular (6+), Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL & MongoDB

- Expertise in GenAI frameworks, LangChain ecosystem, Hugging Face, LLM capabilities & AI cost optimization

- Ability to write optimized, modular, clean code (SOLID principles)

- Strong architecture knowledge (HLD + LLD)

- Excellent debugging skills across :

1. Distributed services

2. API integrations

3. UI state management

4. Query optimization

5. AI pipeline debugging (LLM prompt chains, LangChain, cost optimization)

- Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail

- Ownership mindset with experience leading design & mentoring engineers

- Great communication & interpersonal skills

- Educational Qualification :

i. Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering

ii. Masters degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications (preferred)
