We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Technical Architect (Full Stack) to lead the architecture, technology strategy, and engineering excellence across multiple large-scale projects.

This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who has deep hands-on knowledge across front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud platforms, and who can guide teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with e-commerce platforms, with Adobe Commerce (Magento) being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Solution Design :

- Lead the end-to-end architecture design for complex, enterprise-grade applications

- Define system architecture that is scalable, secure, resilient, and future-ready

- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards

- Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization, optimization, or re-architecture strategies

Technology Leadership :

- Act as the technical authority across multiple projects

- Provide architectural guidance on design patterns, coding standards, and system integrations

- Mentor and coach engineering teams across front-end, back-end, database, and DevOps functions

- Drive adoption of modern technologies and continuous improvement in engineering practices

Innovation & Emerging Technologies :

- Research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and platforms relevant to business needs

- Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and reference architectures

- Collaborate with product, sales, and client stakeholders for solutioning and proposal support

Project Oversight & Quality Assurance :

- Review project deliverables to ensure architectural compliance and quality standards

- Identify technical risks early and define mitigation strategies

- Support teams in resolving complex and high-impact technical challenges
