The Vision : Designing the "Agentic Brain"

As our Principal Architect, you are the creative force bridging the gap between theoretical AI principles and practical, enterprise-grade financial implementations.

You will not just build features; you will define the Reference Architecture for how autonomous agents plan, reason, and act across complex enterprise workflows. You will design a "self-checking" ecosystem where agents re-query if retrieval fails and collaborate to solve high-stakes financial problems.

Key Architectural Responsibilities :

Agentic Orchestration & Planning :

- Autonomous Workflows : Design multi-agent patterns (e.g., Planner-Worker, Reflexion) where agents use tool-calling to interact with real-world APIs, CRMs, and payment gateways.

- Reasoning Engines : Implement advanced reasoning techniques like Chain-of-Thought and Tree-of-Thought to give models the ability to think through systematic financial problems.

- Memory Systems : Architect long-term and short-term memory layers using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector) to ensure agents learn from past successes and failures.

Knowledge Retrieval & RAG 2.0 :

- Graph RAG Integration : Lead the implementation of Knowledge Graphs combined with RAG to provide agents with deep, structured context.

- Dynamic Grounding : Ensure all AI responses are "grounded" in business reality, preventing hallucinations by meticulously engineering the context fed into the models.

Systems & Infrastructure Mastery :

- Full-Stack Blueprint : Own the technical blueprints for a high-performance stack : TypeScript for APIs, React/Next.js for UIs, and Python for the AI core.

- Cloud-Native Scale : Architect highly available, secure platforms on AWS using Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Performance Engineering : Optimize for ultra-low latency in Voice and Chat AI, managing STT/TTS and LLM deployment budgets for cost and speed.

Leadership & Governance :

- Technical Roadmap : Align the architectural vision with the long-term product strategy and the enterprise AI roadmap.

- Safety & Guardrails : Operationalize "Human-in-the-Loop" checkpoints and hard-coded safety rules to prevent agents from performing unauthorized financial actions.

- FinOps & ROI : Manage token-level cost models and per-run unit economics to ensure the platform remains profitable at scale.

- Mentorship : Act as the "Architect of Architects," mentoring senior engineers and leading deep-dive design reviews.

Required Pedigree & Skills :

- Track Record : Proven experience taking AI or complex SaaS products from POC to scaled production (Fintech/Banking preferred).

- Framework Mastery : Deep hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Pipecat/Livekit for voice.

- Action Bias : We value "Doers over Talkers." You must be ready to write production-quality "glue code" when necessary.
