Role Overview :

As a Principal Engineer AI/Software, you will define and lead the technical direction across LLMOps, reinforcement learning pipelines, and AI-driven platform services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our architecture, ensuring scalability, and driving innovation in generative AI systems. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on both technology strategy and team development across India and the US.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the technical vision and lead architecture for AI-first platform services.

- Design and build advanced systems in LLMOps, reinforcement learning, and AI pipelines.

- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate cutting-edge frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape long-term technology strategy and roadmap.

- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering technical excellence across distributed teams in India and the US.

- Drive innovation in domain-specialized AI for healthcare, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering / AI engineering, including leadership roles.

- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, and modern AI frameworks.

- Proven track record of innovation and delivery in startup or scale-up environments.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across global teams.
