The Role :

We are looking for a Solution Engineer with a sharp technical mind and strong business acumen to join our AI and Digital Transformation Pre-Sales team.

This role bridges strategy, sales, and technology, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems using modern AI and data solutions.

What Youll Do :

Pre-Sales & Discovery :

- Partner with Account Executives to run deep discovery sessions with potential clients.

- Lead solution scoping, proof-of-concept design, and business case articulation.

- Translate client needs into technically sound, commercially viable proposals.

- Influence technical evaluations and RFP responses with confidence and clarity.

Architecture & Implementation Support :

- Architect solution blueprints combining AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems.

- Advise on best-fit technologies and platforms - Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid.

- Support pilot deployments and co-develop initial rollouts with Delivery teams.

- Continuously engage with internal product and engineering teams to feed insights from the field.

Customer Enablement & Value Realization :

- Serve as a trusted technical advisor during post-sale handoff.

- Guide customers in maximizing Maganti ITs proprietary Digital Value Accelerator (DVA) frameworks.

- Recommend scalable integrations, data flows, and AI model tuning strategies tailored to each customers environment.

What Were Looking For :

Must-Haves :

- 6 - 8 years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.

- Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.

- Solid hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools.

- Ability to speak with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

- Proven success designing or supporting enterprise-scale solutions.

- Passion for solving real-world problems using AI and data - not just building cool demos.

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points For :

- Familiarity with MLOps workflows and AI evaluation frameworks.

- Knowledge of manufacturing, healthcare, or financial systems.

- Experience building ROI models and supporting business case development.

- Understanding of compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, FINRA, etc.
