Principal Solutions Architect

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Principal Solutions Architect with over 15 years of expertise in designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires a strong background in solution architecture, cloud technologies, system integration, and enterprise transformation. As a key technical leader, you will define architecture strategies, ensure alignment with business goals, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with enterprise strategy.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for digital transformation initiatives.

- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise solutions, ensuring they are robust, secure, and scalable.

- Define technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and modernization approaches for legacy systems.

- Oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs), reference architectures, and solution blueprints.

- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and technical guidelines across the organization.

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry best practices.

- Conduct architecture reviews, performance audits, and risk assessments.

- Mentor solution architects, developers, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and clients, providing strategic insights on technology

investments.

- Present solution proposals, cost estimations, and risk assessments to leadership and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in solution/enterprise architecture.

- Proven track record in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions across multiple domains.

- Deep expertise in at least two major areas from Cloud Platforms, Application Architecture, Data & Integration and Security Architecture

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.

- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience with digital transformation, cloud migrations, and legacy modernization projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare.

- Experience leading multi-vendor, globally distributed teams.

- Familiarity with cost optimization and TCO analysis for large-scale solutions.
