Role Overview :

As a Principal / Senior Cloud Engineer (Kubernetes), you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native infrastructure with a strong focus on Kubernetes. You will be responsible for container orchestration, scalability, monitoring, failover automation, and operator development, ensuring high availability and resilience of distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage Kubernetes-based solutions as per design specifications.

- Develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators with Product CRDs.

- Ensure smooth K8s rolling upgrades, backup/restore, and automatic failover.

- Manage scaling (horizontal/vertical) of Kubernetes clusters.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.

- Manage Kubernetes storage volumes and optimize performance.

- Follow best practices for cloud container management in Kubernetes.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker

- Experience developing Kubernetes Operators

- Proficiency in Golang

- Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture

- Linux fundamentals & shell scripting
