We are seeking a highly seasoned and results-driven Principal SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant with over 15 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a critical role requiring deep, senior-level expertise in SAP's operational modules, focused specifically on complex, large-scale implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader who can architect, design, and deploy robust SAP SCM solutions across multiple geographies.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Senior SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME), specifically focusing on the operational areas of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

- Lead the planning, blueprinting, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SCM solutions for major global projects.

- Translate complex business requirements into high-quality, scalable SAP functional solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational strategy.

- Conduct complex process analysis and re-engineering, recommending optimal solutions within the SAP SCM landscape.

- Drive integration efforts across various SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain processes.

- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, managing key stakeholder expectations and deliverables.

- Oversee data migration strategy and execution for the SCM domain during implementation.

- Ensure all implemented solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.

Required Primary Skills (Senior SAP Expertise) :

Deep Functional Expertise in SAP Operational Modules :

- MRP (Material Requirements Planning) : Expert knowledge of planning strategies, master data, capacity planning, and forecast integration.

- EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) : Expert knowledge of maintenance processing, work orders, preventive maintenance, and integration with other modules.

- EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) : Expert knowledge of inbound/outbound processing, internal warehouse operations, yard management, and complex putaway/picking strategies.

Required Implementation & Global Experience (Secondary Skills) :

- Consulting Experience : Must have a strong background in a SAP Supply Chain Functional Consultant role.

- Implementation Track Record : A minimum of two (2) full-cycle SAP implementation projects is mandatory.

- Global Project Experience : Must have hands-on experience working on Global projects with implementations involving different geographies and localizations.

- Logistics Operations : Must have hands-on experience with core supply chain logistics operations processes.

- Domain Breadth (One or More) : Experience with one or more of the following : planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
