- Lead and contribute to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools for complex web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including engineering, product, and QA - to define testing strategies and ensure quality goals are met.

- Deliver reliable, reusable automation code and conduct peer reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

- Drive process improvements in test automation, workflow efficiency, and continuous integration practices.

- Define and uphold standards for maintainability, scalability, and performance in test automation.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on testing frameworks, tools, and best practices.

- Actively participate in project planning, effort estimation, and progress reporting.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in software testing and automation, preferably within web or SaaS environments.

- Proven expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on experience with modern web test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Webdriver.io.

- Strong understanding of Angular-based front-end systems, microservice architectures, and API integrations.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and version control using Git.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

- Experience working in Agile environments and distributed/global teams.

- A passion for mentoring, process improvement, and delivering high-quality software at scale.
