As the Product Manager for Digiicampus, you will play a key role in owning the product lifecycle from ideation through to execution, ensuring the platform's evolution aligns with market needs and customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a product that resonates with educational institutions, administrators, and students, supporting Digii's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digiicampus, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.

- Prioritise product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals, while balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.

- Align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) around a unified product strategy to ensure seamless execution.

- Work closely with customer success, sales, and support teams to gather insights and feedback from current and prospective customers.

- Analyse customer data, user behaviour, and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform the product development process.

- Lead the product development process, working with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into features that solve real user problems.

- Drive the agile product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality releases by setting clear priorities and managing backlogs.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, feature releases, and ongoing product updates.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to post-launch monitoring and iteration.

- Monitor and track product performance and usage metrics, continuously improving the product through iterations based on data and user feedback.

- Own the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable and impactful features are prioritised and delivered on time.

- Lead and mentor the product team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives product excellence.

- Encourage cross-functional collaboration within the team, ensuring alignment with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to deliver successful product outcomes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on product progress, launches, and future plans.

- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring the product meets their evolving needs.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption.

Requirements :

- 5-6 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or education technology, with a proven track record in delivering B2B SaaS products.

- Experience managing and mentoring product teams in an agile environment, fostering collaboration and high performance.

- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from market research to product launch and iteration, while managing multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset to inform decisions and work across cross-functional teams.

- Experience with higher education technology solutions or products that serve complex institutions.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Product Analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).

- Experience working with customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success) to gather insights and feedback.
