Overview :

This role is to Lead product portfolio lifecycle of W-OS. The product is designed to provide a unified research and work orchestration platform(W-OS) : delivering frictionless interface for onboarding, automated running investment workflows, along with seamless task allocation for tasks requiring human efforts The incumbent will get to drive the vision strategy and execution of product portfolio coming under W-OS through strategic planning, cross functional leadership, execution best practices and deep market understanding.

The portfolio have products for workflow orchestration and automating work execution Leveraging LLM. Automating research, cross utilizable functionality and configurability shall be foundation elements. The Principal Product Manager will work closely with customers, service delivery leaders, product manager to lay out and own the product outcomes. engineering team to design, develop and launch high impact features.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Concretizing organization objective(s), build product vision, roadmap along with leadership

- Communicating vision, roadmap and progress to cross-functional stakeholders

- Understanding customer needs and translating them into detailed product specifications including mockups, user stories, test cases, etc.

- Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and challenges to executive leadership, customers, and other key stakeholders.

- Use data and metrics to monitor product performance, inform product strategy, and justify product decisions

- Provide leadership to Product Managers and groom them

- Spearhead the development of innovative products and features that solve real customer problems and provide unique differentiation

- Defining and measuring KPIs/KRA for feature(s) and ensuring the product roadmap is verified through measurable outcomes

Prerequisites :

- Excellent spoken and written communication, receptive listening skills, and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise

fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to work with ambiguity, balance multiple work items, and learn quickly

- Experience with enterprise-level software applications and technologies

- Knowledge of investment research and products used will be an added advantage

- Familiarity with Product Development Life Cycle and strong product management and technical skills having comfort in a fast-paced, Agile Scrum environment

- Strong process driver with expertise in Mockup tools Figma and Adobe Xd, Agile management -Jira and Confluence/or other software

Experience :

- 3+ years of Product portfolio leadership with total of 8+ years in product management. Experience in building agentic system will be huge plus.

Education :

- Engineering or Management degree from a premier Institute (IIT and/or IIM preferred)
