Position : Principal Manager (Technology)

Location : Hyderebad / GUrugram

Exp : 7 to 11 yrs

Education : BE / BTech (CSE or related discipline) from premier institutes

We are looking for highly skilled software engineers with strong coding, analytical, and system-design capabilities for Hyderabad & Gurugram location for one of our Fortune 500 client

This position involves leading engineering contributors, partnering with cross-functional technology teams, and working directly with business stakeholders to shape the technical direction, drive delivery of key initiatives, and maintain strong execution quality.

Responsibilities :

- You will manage and guide a team of engineers responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting scalable, efficient systems used for options data handling and trading workflows.

- You will work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, convert them into actionable technical plans, and define practical delivery timelines and priorities.

- You will oversee progress across multiple projects, manage dependencies, highlight delivery risks early, and keep relevant stakeholders updated on execution status.

- As a technical and functional leader, you will also be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing engineering talent while encouraging a culture of accountability, teamwork, ownership, and engineering excellence.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of 7 to 11 years of relevant experience.

- Strong command of computer science basics, data structures, algorithms, and analytical problem-solving, with a clear interest in technology and software engineering.

- Hands-on expertise in at least one high-performance programming language such as C++ or Java, along with working knowledge of a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.

- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing systems that require low latency, high throughput, or real-time processing.

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Experience in trading technology, market data platforms, or trading concepts will be an added advantage.
