You will be a key technical leader on the S2CX team, responsible for setting the architectural vision, driving critical technology decisions, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of security, quality, and performance for complex, real-world security challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Leadership : Define and own the technical vision and strategy for complex, large-scale software systems, specifically focusing on secure and scalable solutions.

- Design & Development : Lead the design, development, and shipment of production-quality software features and core platform components.

- Technical Excellence : Set a high bar for software quality, performance, reliability, and security across the entire development team.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product managers, security experts, and other engineering leads to translate business requirements into robust, achievable technical designs.

- Mentorship & Guidance : Act as a technical mentor and subject matter expert, guiding senior and mid-level engineers on complex coding, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

- Driving Decisions : Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns, ensuring all decisions align with long-term product goals and operational efficiency.

- Problem Solving : Tackle the most complex technical challenges that arise in developing and scaling secure systems.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience as a software developer, with a significant focus on architecting and shipping production-quality software systems at scale.

- Technical Leadership : Proven ability to lead a technical team, setting clear technical direction and driving major architectural decisions.

Modern Technologies :

- Front-End : React/Typescript or similar modern front-end frameworks and languages.

- Back-End/Object-Oriented Languages : Go or another modern object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).

- Cloud Platforms : Extensive experience with AWS or equivalent cloud providers (Azure/Google Cloud).

- DevOps/Containerization : Expertise with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

- Qualities : Passion for solving complex security and scalability problems and a commitment to fostering a culture of high software quality and strong team collaboration.
