We are seeking a highly experienced and expert-level Principal IAM Developer with a deep specialization in the ForgeRock suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Identity and Access Management solutions across our enterprise, ensuring robust security and seamless user experiences.

Key Focus : IAM Expertise

The primary focus of this role is to serve as an IAM Developer Expert with extensive hands-on experience in the ForgeRock Identity Platform.

Core Skill : Strong experience in ForgeRock, particularly the IDM (Identity Management) module.

Secondary Skills : Working knowledge of the AM (Access Management), DS (Directory Services), and IG (Identity Gateway) modules is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Implementation : Develop, test, and implement end-to-end IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform.

- Component Configuration : Expertly configure and customize various ForgeRock components (AM, IDM, DS, IG) to meet specific business and security requirements.

- Policy Design & Deployment : Design and deploy comprehensive IAM policies and procedures, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and access controls.

- Identity Lifecycle Management : Design, develop, and implement connectors and workflows for efficient identity lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, and updates).

- Data Integrity : Set up processes for data quality checks and maintain robust source synchronization across connected identity stores.

- System Integration : Integrate IAM solutions with a wide range of enterprise applications and systems using standard protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

- Security & Compliance : Ensure all implemented IAM solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Mentorship & Guidance : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on ForgeRock best practices and IAM methodologies.
