We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance web applications and enterprise platforms.

This role requires deep expertise across frontend and backend technologies, cloud-native architectures, engineering best practices, and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving technical strategy, mentoring engineering teams, improving system scalability, and delivering robust digital products aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable full stack applications.

- Define technical roadmaps, engineering standards, and best practices across frontend and backend development.

- Design and build high-performance, secure, and resilient distributed systems and APIs.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

- Drive system modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, and microservices transformation.

- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing frameworks, CI/CD practices, and engineering governance.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams on architecture, coding standards, and problem-solving approaches.

- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and solution architecture decisions.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools.

- Support production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform optimization initiatives.

- Contribute to agile planning, sprint execution, and release management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development

- Experience with frontend state management and component-based architecture

- Knowledge of performance optimization and frontend security best practices

- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or Go

- Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) is preferred

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security principles

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
