Principal Engineer - SaaS Platform

Position Summary :

We're seeking a hands-on Principal Engineer to drive complex technical projects with direct revenue impact. You'll lead development of innovative solutions while bringing strong DevOps expertise and customer-centric thinking to our enterprise SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Architect and implement high-value technical solutions that drive revenue growth

- Lead development of innovative features that solve enterprise customer pain points

- Establish technical standards and best practices for engineering excellence

DevOps & Infrastructure :

- Drive DevOps practices across engineering with focus on CI/CD and automation

- Design cloud infrastructure balancing performance, reliability, and cost

- Implement robust monitoring and incident management processes

AI & Automation :

- Integrate AI capabilities to enhance product value and development efficiency

- Develop automation strategies to improve scalability and reliability

- Leverage AI tools to solve complex technical challenges

Required Qualifications :

- 10-15 years software engineering with 5+ years in enterprise SaaS environments

- Strong DevOps expertise (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud architecture)

- Expert-level backend development skills (Node.js, TypeScript, Microservices)

- Experience implementing AI and automation in production systems

- Proven enterprise incident management and resolution experience

- Customer-centric approach with strong learning agility

- Track record of projects with direct business impact
