Hiring : Principal Engineer (React.js / Next.js)

Location : Bengaluru (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled PricipalEngineer who is passionate about building seamless, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js and Next.js, with a solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, performance optimization, and UI/UX best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of scalable and maintainable frontend applications.

- Collaborate with product, backend, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Drive best coding practices, code reviews, and frontend standards within the team.

- Optimize application performance and ensure smooth, responsive user experiences.

- Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).

- Good understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and micro-frontend architecture.

- Experience with build tools and modern frontend workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools.
