About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer skilled in Python (FastAPI/Django) and MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications. The role involves technical leadership, architecture design, and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development using Python and/or MERN stack technologies.

- Design and implement robust backend systems, RESTful APIs, and scalable microservices.

- Build efficient and responsive front-end components using React and Tailwind CSS.

- Manage deployments on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for architecture planning, code reviews, and performance optimization.

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving team productivity and technical excellence.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in backend (Python/FastAPI/Django) or full-stack (MERN) development.

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and cloud deployments (AWS/Linux).

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Node.js, Express.js, and database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and version control (Git).

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and agile development processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
