Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of IAM systems that are scalable, secure, and resilient.

- Own end-to-end IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

- Drive best practices in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native patterns.

- Define and implement RBAC/ABAC models, OIDC, SAML, OAuth2.0, JWT, and JWKS standards.

- Integrate and optimize identity platforms (Auth0, Okta, Ping, Azure AD) and policy-as-code frameworks (e.g., OPA).

- Mentor and guide engineering teams on IAM, security best practices, and cloud-native design.

- Explore and leverage Generative AI tools to improve development, design, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM strategy with product and business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 13+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on Identity & Access Management.

- Proven experience designing and operating large-scale, cloud-based IAM solutions.

- Strong programming skills in Java, Go, Python, or Node.js.

- Deep understanding of OIDC, SAML, OAuth2.0, JWT, JWKS, and RBAC/ABAC models.

- Hands-on experience with OPA, policy-as-code frameworks, and enterprise identity platforms (Auth0, Okta, Ping, Azure AD).

- Expertise in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

- Experience leveraging Generative AI tools in software design and development is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud experience.

- Open-source contributions, publications, or conference presentations.

- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent
