Principal Engineer - Enterprise Technology

Role : Principal Engineer Enterprise Technology (Corporate Functions)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly accomplished Principal Engineer to lead technology transformation initiatives across enterprise corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Workplace Services. This role sits at the forefront of building a modern, scalable, and AI-driven technology ecosystem, enabling business agility and data-led decision-making.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a cloud-native, automation-first engineering landscape, driving innovation through advanced technologies including AI/ML, data platforms, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of AI-first, cloud-native technology solutions across enterprise platforms

- Drive end-to-end engineering excellence, including architecture, coding standards, and scalable design patterns

- Champion automation at scale by enabling intelligent workflows, reusable components, and self-service capabilities

- Architect and deliver data-driven platforms that enable advanced analytics and business insights

- Establish and promote DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability

- Influence and mentor engineering teams to adopt modern engineering practices and emerging technologies

- Simplify and modernize legacy systems through standardization, integration, and platform optimization

- Act as a technology thought leader, bringing in industry trends and translating them into business value

Required Candidate Profile :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong experience in AI/ML implementation across the SDLC, including model development, deployment, and scaling

- Hands-on experience in building AI-enabled automation and intelligent workflows

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go

- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, preferably on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes/EKS, API Gateway, etc.)

- Solid experience with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring

- Expertise in building scalable frameworks, reusable components, and engineering standards

Leadership & Strategic Skills :

- Proven ability to drive large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments

- Experience influencing teams toward AI-first, automation-led engineering culture
