Role Overview :

As a Principal Engineer based in Bangalore, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our engineering organization, driving the high-level design and implementation of complex, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the development of highly available, distributed backend systems that support millions of concurrent users and ensure long-term platform stability.

- Spearhead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and machine learning models into core product workflows to automate decision-making and enhance user personalization.

- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence through rigorous code reviews, design critiques, and the promotion of best-in-class engineering practices.

- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to define the technical vision, ensuring that system architecture remains agile enough to pivot alongside evolving market demands.

- Identify and mitigate systemic technical debt by implementing forward-thinking architectural patterns that improve developer velocity and system maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex system architectures and large-scale backend infrastructures that prioritize performance, security, and scalability.
