Principal Data Scientist - 7+ Years - Bangalore

We are hiring a Principal - Data Scientist with GenAI for a leading global AI and analytics organization. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex business problems and develop, implement and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions across functions.

Location : Bengaluru | Hybrid

Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement and deploy ML & GenAI use cases.

- Work hands-on with large volumes of data, including extraction, cleaning and analysis.

- Work on Prompting, RAG, Agents and LLMs.

- Leverage AI cloud services including AWS, Azure and GCP.

- Work on NLP, Verbatim Analysis and Speech-to-Text/Text-to-Speech solutions.

- Support business development through PoCs, case studies and sales collaterals.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients while delivering projects within timelines.

Requirements :

- 7-10 years of relevant experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI, LLM and RAG.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and GenAI algorithms.

- Experience with AI cloud platforms - AWS / Azure / GCP.

- PySpark and Scala exposure is a plus.

- Familiarity with Deep Learning, Big Data environments such as Hadoop/Hive is an advantage.

- B.Tech/BE, MSc, MBA or M.Tech in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or another quantitative discipline.
