Required Skills:

- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale platforms, distributed systems, and digital products.

- Strong expertise in Platform Architecture, Distributed Systems, Microservices, API-First Design, and Event-Driven Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, Golang, modern backend application development, and scalable data modelling.

- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.

- Strong understanding of security, scalability, resilience, performance engineering, and operational excellence.

- Experience designing enterprise data models, ETL/data pipelines, data governance frameworks, and scalable analytics platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to balance strategic architecture decisions with hands-on execution and delivery ownership.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology transformation initiatives.

- Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities with the ability to build high-performing engineering teams.
