Exciting Opportunity | Principal Architect Insurance Platform Architecture

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 17 to 20 Years

We are hiring a seasoned Principal Architect with deep expertise in Insurance Platform Architecture to drive large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives for a leading global insurance organization.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with EIS (Exigen) Platform (Versions 12, 14, or 20 preferred)

- Strong Insurance Domain expertise with experience in at least two of the following modules :

1. Policy Administration

2. Claims

3. Billing

4. Pricing / Rating

- Extensive experience in :

1. Enterprise & Solution Architecture

2. Integration Architecture (APIs, Microservices, Middleware)

3. Legacy Platform Modernization & Migration

4. Cloud-Native Architecture (AWS/Azure)

5. Insurance Technology Transformation Programs

Responsibilities :

- Define and govern enterprise insurance architecture

- Lead modernization initiatives from legacy platforms to EIS-based ecosystems

- Establish architectural standards, governance, and best practices

- Collaborate with business and technology leadership teams

- Drive scalable, secure, and customer-centric technology solutions
