Principal Architect (10Y+)

Location : Bangalore

Compensation : Up to - 1.6 Cr + ESOPs

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Principal Architect to lead the design and scaling of high-performance systems.

This role requires someone who has operated at large scale and can bring both technical depth and team leadership.

What You Will Do :

- Design and architect highly scalable, distributed systems

- Lead and mentor engineering teams, setting technical direction

- Drive architecture decisions across products and platforms

- Ensure systems are reliable, performant, and future-proof

- Work closely with leadership on long-term technical strategy

What We're Looking For :

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering / architecture

- Experience building systems at large scale (Google / Meta / Amazon or similar)

- Strong expertise in system design, distributed systems, and scalability

- Proven experience in building and managing engineering teams

- Ability to operate at both hands-on and strategic levels
