Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manages MEDITECH/enterprise system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting.
- Providing Support and Maintenance of US Hospitals.
- Effectively Interact with Customers on Call/emails/ chat to rectify issues based on severity.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Monitoring the Alerts and Background Jobs in the client
- User access requests related to work.
- Working as clinical & revenue cycle on the Meditech Application
- Running processes related to both the Client-Server and Magic version
- Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems.
- Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Strengths include Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, Root cause analysis, Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and process,
Good oral & written comm. skills :
- Industry Domain US Healthcare
- Ticketing tool used Opas , BMC Remedy , Salesforce , RTMS , service Now and Sysaid
- Modules Admissions, BAR, AP, Pharmacy, MIS, LAB, Order Entry.
Meditech application has the following modules
- Patient Admission. (In-Patient & Out-Patient).
- PCS.
- Pharmacy.
- LAB.
- OE.
- B/AR.
